Would like 10-15 bresse chckens ready to cook and delivered to Phoenix, Arizona. I would like to receive around March 15, 2006.

How can I receivebresse chickens on a regular basis in Phoenix Arizona, ready for cooking. I would like chickens to be in the 3 to 5 pound range, however, I will take chickens if I can get them in any weight. I have been told bresse checkens are the best...if unable to get in the USA what is a good substitute that I can get?
