9. Event: Man dies after tractor rolls in ditch
Police are still investigating what caused the tractor to leave the road. An OPP technical collision investigator has been assigned to the case. Grey County OPP say Roy Kenneth Jacobs of RR 4 Durham was driving a Massey Ferguson farm tractor north on Sideroad 41 in Southgate at about 3:15 p. Emergency crews found Jacobs underneath the tractor. He was taken to the Durham hospital, where he died of his injuries.
