Would like to purchase fresh/frozen white grapes/juice - unfermented. Intend to ferment in my winery.

I am looking for ways to supplement my new winery. I have been selling out of wine the past couple years and cannot keep up with demand. I would like to purchase whole/crushed grapes (frozen or fresh) and ferment them in my winery. I would use the grapes to blend with my estate grown. If you have any information/advice on ways to do this - it would be much appreciated.
