Am looking for enough grapes to produce approx 10 gals of Frontenac wine. Presuming it takes 12-13 lbs/gal, I would need 120-130 lbs. I am starting a small vineyard and need to learn more about vinifying this grape until my own vines become productive.
Details
How are these grapes shipped-whole cluster, or juice? Flash frozen or refrigerated? I need the skins for a red wine, so that is a priority to me.
