We are I ½ hours south of San Jose 2 hours to the Pacific coast and 3 hours to the Atlantic coast
121 acre avocado farm, 10% planted with Hass avocado trees. We have lots of water in the farm with a perfect altitude and climate for growing avocados (1800 to2000meters). There are 75 degree days and 65 degree nights. We have installed electric service for 35 homes. There are more or less 20 to 25 2500square (1 ¼ acre) building sites all with wonderful views. Sites half this size in the local town sell for $60,000. Not everyone buying in Costa Rica wants to do the beach thing (TO HOT).There are hundreds of beaches in Costa Rica why would you want to live on one when you can visit them all. We are on top of a mountain with a dead end private gravel road. Very private. There is electric service and plenty of potable drinking water in the farm. No water bill and no property tax. There are tourism possibilities, hotel, canopy tour, horse back riding, ECT... I am looking to sell all or part of the farm and I will stay around and help the new owner with completing the projects.
