Established commercial thoroughbred breeding operation seeks farm for longterm (min 5 years) lease in the Eastern United States preferably near KY or NY. Leasee will provided responsible, educated management for your equine property.
Details
Commercial breeding operation seeks farm with minimum of 20 stalls for lease as foaling and sales prep operation. Farm must have areas for turnout and living quarters (barn apartments okay). Looking for properties located in the Eastern United States with an emphasis on NY or KY (and surrounding states) and a lease of around $1500/month (will go higher for larger properties which might be able to attract some boarding income).

Operation is a family run enterprise which has been in exsistance in various aspects of the horse industry for 30+ years. Please contact with the details of your property and for a full write up on the operation.
