I am a farm owner and i want to sell it if you have any knowlege of someone interested in a agricultural business please consider to what i have for you,
Land is within the builtup area , so al the 1.1 Ha ( 10830 sqm ) are ready for build , already are build 2400 sqm , 3 stables in a very good condition( 800 sqm each ) , 1 renovated house ( 6 rooms , 120 sqm ) !!! ( you can use this for living there or as offices ) , it has also asfalt roads between the stables and from national road to house so you dona t have to wory about the mire !!! you have also drainage for the stables , the farm was a cow-farm but you can use it as well as a chicken farm and also for a sheep farm , the tools equipment are not included in this price because I have already sold them in moldova , because romania entred in the Europe Union and every farm should support modernization and I , as a owner dona t want to invest into something I dona t know , this was my fathera s farm and he handeld it but now he is to old to take care of it ! he is 79 years old , and thata s why I will sell it .
