Terres da Europe a Company for Property and Rural Advice and Planning (SCAFR) is one of the national bodies of the SAFER group (Company for Property Planning and Rural Installation), which are partners with other French agricultural bodies.
Terres da Europe a Company for Property and Rural Advice and Planning (SCAFR) has a department with a role to inform and partner the installation in France of candidates of European origin.
From the beginning of the nineties, SAFER and FNSAFER created a structure that was specifically directed towards the welcome of candidates of European origin (Terres da Europe).
One of the priorities of the French agricultural policy is to encourage installation outside the family circle, in order to ensure satisfactory renewal of farm managers. Numerous European candidates are looking for opportunities for setting up as farmers in France and contribute to installations outside the family circle.
Terres d\'Europe, an advisory company for the management of the European rural space, and then Terres da Europe SCAFR, have acquired experience with the installation of Europeans in France and have shown how important their work can be in the success of installations in France.
