A good sheep shearer can be hard to find. We started Sheep Shearers Inc. with the intention of becoming the most reliable, professional, and informed shearers in Ohio. Being a 3rd generation shearer, I have a very good grasp on the way traditional shearers operate and hope to preserve that tradition. At the same time I hope to move shearing out of the past and into the future. We make scheduling easy with a calendar posted on our website and availability 24 hours a day through email or telephone. With 2 primary shearers and contact with other shearers throughout Ohio, Michigan and Indiana, if we can't get to your flock right away, we'll do our best to find you a quality shearer quickly. We are listed on the American Sheep Industry Association's National Shearer Database and are part of their certified wool handling program. We are currently implementing a bio-security program witch includes disinfection of our equipment between flock to prevent the spread of disease.
