Need sodium arsenite rodenticide to extensive allleviate structural damage caused byiinvasive popultions of groundhogs

We recently bought a 200 year old house on a bluff overlooking the Ohio River. Our property, which extends some 200 yards above the 100 year flood mark, includes three tiers of dry staked stone walls that control soil erosion. These walls have been undermined by the tunneling of extensive populations of groundhogs. After consulting with animal control officers we have been advised to bate cantelope with sodium arsenite. We are looking for a source.
