Winslow Developments were established in 2001 and are a Bulgarian registered Company, with both English and Bulgarian shareholders. Our head office is located in Sofia, Bulgaria, but we also have permanent offices in London, Uk and in Bansko, Bulgaria. One of the main activities of Winslow Developments is to invest in cultivated agricultural land. The company owns over 15 000 decare of cultivated land and plans to acquire another 25 000-30 000 decare in various agricultural regions of the country till the end of 2008. The company has worked out some structural units per region to buy agricultural land. For the overall fulfillment of this investment, a comprehensive research of acquired land has been done by cultivating various types of crops to prove forecasts of soil productivity. Winslow Developments plans to increase investments in the dynamic and attractive market of cultivated agricultural land. One of Winslow Developments' ambitious projects is the production of agricultural crops. The Company has cultivated 9000 decare of agricultural land in the district of Parvomai, Plovdiv region. The area is well-known for its fertile soil and traditions in the supply of vegetables. Various grain and vegetable crops are grown on this land, the outlook being to increase tilled land up to 25 000 decare.   The Company owns two production bases with modern agricultural equipment which allows a better quality of produce to be achieved by increased profitability. The already established organization, favourable climate and excellent work conditions are Company's long-term investment assets.
